Immersed in the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub, Badesi is located on the north-western coast of Sardinia between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura. It marks the border between Anglona and Gallura, which begins here among the first granite spurs that emerge at the end of the great Coghinas plain.
